silva_build_taxonomy(taxmap, taxonomy)

Arguments

taxmap

The SILVA taxonomy map (`taxmap_slv_*.txt`).

taxonomy

The SILVA taxonomy.

Value

The SILVA lineage mapping every taxon to its upper ranks up to the root.
